The skirt has a pretty fullness to it and both the lining and the exterior silk are finished at the hem with a strip of horsehair netting

The waist nips in and then the skirt is given volume by panels of silk inset with triangles of solid navy silk

The dress is fully lined in a dyed to match coral silky rayon and closes with fabric covered buttons at the back
