A follow on to the last blog post – now in business I go to networking meetings.  Good meetings are busy and valuable contacts will meet a lot of people – its important they go home clutching my business card.

So here are 5 more tips on making yourself more memorable:

  • introduce yourself to others.  No matter where you are act like you’re the host.  Be the first to say hello.
  • Make everyone feel important by paying full attention to them.
  • Be enthusiastic about things and life to others.  People gravitate to upbeat and positive people.
  • Be able to speak on a variety of subjects, keep abreast of current events. No one wants to chat about the weather.
  • Maintain a positive body language, make eye contact and d’ont slouch.

They’re simple but effective.
